As a Beverage Research and Development Intern, you will be part of our Early Talent Program, which provides a comprehensive learning experience that combines real-world problem-solving, social and educational opportunities, and exposure to the beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Development Team in exploring new ingredients and their applications in alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
  • Establish requirements for application, processing, stability, usage, storage conditions, and cost.
  • Investigate and validate different ingredient trends, summarizing specifications and applications for North America.
  • Work with the pilot team to understand process systems and share details with the development team.
  • Engage with suppliers to gain insight into new ingredients and associated quality parameters.
Requirements:
  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Flavor Chemist, Fermentation Scientist, or Sensory Scientist.
  • Demonstrated self-motivated, personal leadership, and interpersonal collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with data and information, with intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to assimilate technical data to support recommendations.
  • Basic problem-solving skills and familiarity with structured problem tools.
