**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Compliance Specialist to join our team at Nirvana Healthcare Management Services. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational integrity and compliance standards of our medical practice.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Audit List Management: Accurately process and document all tasks related to audit lists, adhering to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Efficiently book and manage appointments for audits, working closely with relevant departments and office management to ensure timely execution.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze audit data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and compliance with established protocols, preparing detailed reports for the Corporate Compliance Officer.
  • Culture of Quality and Compliance: Foster a culture of quality and compliance by working closely with other departments, providing support and information as needed.
  • Ongoing Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills related to audit processes and compliance standards.

**Requirements and Benefits:**

  • Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
