About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technologist to join our Imaging Team at HCA Florida South Shore Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine diagnostic procedures for clinical X-ray films, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist in the administration of contrast media, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and position patients and equipment safely, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Obtain high-quality radiographic and fluoroscopic images, collaborating with radiologists to ensure accurate diagnoses.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date.
  • State Registered Radiologic Technician licensure.
  • Associate Degree in a related field.
