KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the activities of surveillance personnel during assigned shifts, ensuring they receive the necessary guidance and resources to meet established goals.
• Understand departmental objectives, standards, and budgetary constraints to effectively supervise operations.
• Assist in the training and development of surveillance staff to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, collaborating with local, state, and federal authorities as needed.
• Participate in legal proceedings related to gaming violations, presenting factual information as gathered by the department.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and reports to document surveillance activities for future reference.
• Possess knowledge of various card counting systems and methods of cheating across all gaming platforms.
• Report any observed violations of gaming regulations to the appropriate authorities to comply with reporting requirements.
• Implement and uphold proper procedures for gaming operations, including slots and cashier transactions.
• Respond to requests from surveillance management and gaming regulators as necessary.
• Maintain a strong awareness of relevant criminal and civil laws affecting the company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Enjoyment in hosting and engaging with guests.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and fostering a lively atmosphere.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• High school diploma or GED; relevant experience or training is a plus. Familiarity with surveillance technology and digital recording systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in computer usage and Windows-based applications.
• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals. Strong writing skills are essential.
• Mathematical proficiency in basic operations.
• Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.
• Ability to work in a semi-darkened, temperature-controlled environment.
• Must qualify for necessary licenses and permits as mandated by regulations.
• Physically capable of performing tasks that may include lifting up to 25 lbs and navigating various workspaces.
