About the Role
We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses to join our Acute Care team at UPMC Somerset. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate professional nursing qualities and assess patient needs.
- Prioritize patient issues and develop effective care plans.
- Document and communicate patient status to the healthcare team.
- Maintain proficiency in routine and specialized nursing tasks.
- Provide age-appropriate patient education and care.
Requirements
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications required.
Benefits
- A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience.
- A generous sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 for full-time employees.
