Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly individual to join our team as a Late Night Food Champion at Tacala Companies. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work the restaurant drive-thru, taking and ringing up customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle multiple payment methods and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Prepare and store food ingredients and beverage orders, ensuring they are correct and meet our quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work and dining environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
  • Work well with other team members, accepting coaching from the leadership team and contributing to a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, fellow team members, and leaders.
  • A clean and tidy appearance, with good work habits and a commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • The ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and to adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
