Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Pride Group LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy, collaborating with Leadership to understand our goals and devise HR plans to support these goals.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of company payroll, ensuring employees are compensated correctly and on time, conduct benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures, and manage benefits programs to meet the needs of employees and align with company objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract high-caliber talent, develop and implement effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees into the Pride Group, and design retention strategies to reduce turnover and maintain a high level of employee satisfaction.
  • Associate Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective Associate relations programs, address Associate grievances and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, work with department heads to set and monitor performance goals, provide coaching and development opportunities to managers and employees, and develop and maintain training programs to drive consistency in performance and development.
  • HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance, communicate policies and procedures to employees, and ensure understanding and adherence.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • 3+ year's experience in an HRIS System (Paycom is current system)
  • 3+ year's experience managing benefits and payroll to include weekly processing and open enrollments
  • Maturely and discreetly handle highly confidential/sensitive Human Resource information
  • Masterful recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Incredible organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgment
  • Proven skills in business, financial planning, and strategy
  • Proven skills in the Microsoft Office Suite of programs
  • Proven Process Improvement Skills
