Financial Advisors provide investment advisory services through Eagle Strategies LLC, a Registered Investment Adviser. Registered Representatives offer securities through NYLIFE Securities LLC (member FINRA/SIPC), a Licensed Insurance Agency - Equal Opportunity Employer M/F/D/V.

Full-time agents and their dependents are eligible for immediate enrollment in medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and group-term life insurance. New York Life reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefit plans at any time.

Compensation:

$70,000 - $95,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in educational meetings or seminars to understand client risk tolerance and financial objectives, ensuring informed financial advice.
  • Maintain a flexible work schedule.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on joint work initiatives.
  • Complete a comprehensive 2-year training program.
  • Utilize a CRM system to manage each client's financial status, goals, cash flow, and expectations for their personalized financial plan.
  • Conduct research and provide tailored financial advice and strategies through educational meetings or seminars that align with client risk profiles and financial goals.
  • Implement social media and marketing strategies to identify and cultivate long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Offer financial recommendations for savings plans, life insurance, mutual fund investments, and other financial products.
  • Develop and execute customized financial plans that consider each client's unique financial situation and life circumstances.
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts while upholding principles of honesty and integrity.
  • Life and Health license is preferred.
  • A competitive mindset is essential.
  • Ability to effectively network and identify potential new clients.
  • Relationship management skills are crucial.
