We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Operations Supervisor to join our team at Samaritan Health Services. As a key member of our Urgent Care team, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of our clinical staff, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities of clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other support personnel.
- Act as a liaison between the back office and other clinic departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Mediate issues between back office staff and physicians, as well as other departments in the clinic, to resolve conflicts and improve patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to clinical staff to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
- Three (3) years experience in a clinic setting required.
- Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
- Healthcare Provider BLS required.
Physical Demands:
- Rarely (1-10% of the time):
- Occasionally (11-34% of the time):
- Frequently (35-66% of the time):
- Continually (67-100% of the time):
