Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of clinical staff, including nurses, medical assistants, and other support personnel.
  • Act as a liaison between the back office and other clinic departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Mediate issues between back office staff and physicians, as well as other departments in the clinic, to resolve conflicts and improve patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to clinical staff to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Current unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.
  • Three (3) years experience in a clinic setting required.
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience required.
  • Healthcare Provider BLS required.

  • Frequently (35-66% of the time):
  • Continually (67-100% of the time):
