About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage system requirements, ensuring they are well-defined, testable, and meet customer needs.
  • Lead the development of system architectures, including the design of subsystems and components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system design meets performance, safety, and reliability requirements.
  • Develop and maintain system design documentation, including system/subsystem design descriptions and capability assessments.
  • Support the development of system-level trade studies and cost-benefit analyses.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, including requirements development, system architecture, and design.
  • Strong understanding of system design principles, including performance, safety, and reliability.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of systems engineering tools and methodologies, including SysML and MBSE.
