They specialize in providing premium frozen thaw-and-serve desserts to the food service and retail sectors. Their diverse product range includes cheesecakes, layer cakes, pies, tarts, brownies, and specialty desserts.

Key Responsibilities of an Oven Tender:
  • Prepare baked goods following established guidelines (including time, temperature, and internal baking standards)
  • Optimize oven usage to ensure maximum capacity is utilized
  • Manually load and unload products from ovens
  • Transport and organize products on racks as directed
  • Monitor oven operations and report any issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Lead
  • Maintain accurate records and complete all necessary documentation
  • Ensure proper labeling of racks with relevant product information
  • Participate in annual audits and assist in developing procedural improvements
Qualifications for the Oven Tender Role:
  • High School Diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
  • Understanding of safety, quality, and GMP policies in a manufacturing environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required
  • Self-driven and motivated individual
