Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing commercial and industrial plumbing projects, including wastewater management, storm drainage systems, and underground utility installations for various facilities.
- Executing tasks from initial rough-in stages to final installations.
- Designing, cutting, assembling, and installing comprehensive piping systems.
- Utilizing materials such as black pipe, copper, Victaulic grooved piping, and cast iron.
- Interpreting blueprints and adhering to specified guidelines.
- Installing essential components like valves, fittings, drainage systems, and other plumbing fixtures.
- Preparing and maintaining clean and organized work environments.
- Collaborating effectively within a team while also being capable of working independently.
- Ensuring high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Comfortably performing tasks at elevated heights.
Qualifications:
- A proactive attitude and strong teamwork skills are essential.
- Possession of personal hand and power tools, along with reliable transportation, is required.
Essential Skills:
- Expertise in commercial and industrial plumbing.
- Experience from rough-in to completed work.
- Proficiency in working with cast iron and copper piping.
