  • Reviews and composes technical documentation with a focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
  • Assesses subsurface conditions for remediation efforts.
  • Develops regulatory strategies to support client negotiations and advocacy.
  • Collaborates effectively with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Conducts performance evaluations and facilitates team discussions.
  • Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related discipline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in managing environmental projects.
  • Experience in site investigation, reporting, and management of remediation projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in technical writing and client engagement is required.
  • Familiarity with contaminant assessment/remediation and environmental regulations is necessary.
  • Prior experience in managing client relations, financial oversight, and personnel is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities are crucial.
  • Professional certifications such as PE or PG are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of business development practices is a plus.
