About the Role

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Fellow to join our team. As a key member of our International Health department, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in global business development, process improvement, project management, marketing, and finance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of projects related to international patient services and global business development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address business needs and opportunities
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders and teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a relevant field highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • International healthcare experience preferred
  • Lean Sigma or PMP certification preferred
