Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop new manufacturing processes and equipment to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
  • Drive root-cause analysis and problem-solving to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate engineering solutions into process and equipment designs.
  • Manage and execute product or process validation tests in a manufacturing plant.
  • Communicate and document results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum BS or MS in Chemical, Material, Ceramics, or Mechanical Engineering with years of engineering experience.
  • Process engineering background with emphasis on chemical transport and reaction processes.
  • Working knowledge of physical phenomena and fundamental engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data processing software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Modeling simulation software experience optional.
  • Strong independent work ethic and attention to detail.
