- Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensure: Current and active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia.
- Experience: One year of nursing experience, with a minimum of two years of experience as a relief charge or in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
