Job Overview:
Responsible for managing guest check-in and check-out processes, addressing guest inquiries, and promoting hotel amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate the registration and check-in process by accurately entering and retrieving guest information from the system.
2. Ensure that all services and accommodations are properly reflected in guest statements.
3. Assist guests with payment processing, including accepting various forms of payment and recording transactions.
