We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager to lead our Domino's Pizza restaurant in Marysville, WA. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Manage staff performance, provide coaching and training, and make recommendations for promotions and terminations.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the franchise owner to achieve business objectives and improve profitability.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • 1 year of restaurant management experience preferred.
