Responsibilities
Assist attorneys with scheduling depositions and maintaining case files
Manage the litigation file in our case management system
Scan documents and maintain electronic files
Provide strong interaction with clients and outside counsel
Prepare P.I. documents and understand the court system
Possess strong written and oral communication skills
Requirements
5+ years of personal injury litigation experience preferred
Proficiency in software technology, tools, and case management software
Experience in E-Filing with the court system
Knowledge of legal and medical terminology, local and state rules regarding pleadings and pre-trial matters, deadlines, and filing requirements
Ability to adapt to a corporate law environment
