Hospitality Server | Flexible Hours | Theatre Venue

Position Overview:
The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to guests in a dynamic and high-energy setting.
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $5 to $10, in addition to tips.
For part-time employees: Benefits include a 401(k) savings plan with matching contributions. Oak View Group provides part-time, seasonal, and internship employees with one hour of accrued paid leave for every 30 hours worked, accumulating up to 48 hours annually.

Key Responsibilities:- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu and any special offerings.
- Deliver prompt, attentive, and courteous service to suite guests while ensuring clear communication with all patrons.
- Serve food items at the appropriate temperature and immediately upon availability from the kitchen, as per customer orders.
- Ensure neat presentation of all ordered items, avoiding any spill-over.
- Assist in pre-bussing tables and fully bussing tables during peak periods.
- Be available to work during various peak times.
- Restock beverage stations as needed (ice, juices, glassware, sugar packets, etc.).
- Exhibit high responsiveness to customer needs and requests.
- Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.
- Collaborate with wait staff, bus persons, bartenders, supervisors, and kitchen staff to enhance communication and coordination, ensuring a memorable dining experience for patrons.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of bar offerings to accurately respond to patron inquiries.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment is preferred.
- A High School Diploma, G.E.D., or relevant food service experience is required.
- Must obtain and maintain a Food Handlers Card, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and other necessary compliance training.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven atmosphere.
- Effective communication skills with employees, co-workers, management, and guests in a clear, respectful, and professional manner, fostering a positive and cooperative work environment.
- Previous experience as a suite attendant is required.
