Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, management, or communications, or equivalent experience
  • 2-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
