Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in psychology, business, management, or communications, or equivalent experience
- 2-5 years of comprehensive recruiting experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
