Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned construction professional to lead our team as a Senior Construction Project Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced individual who can oversee and execute complex construction projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED AP, or RICS MCIOB.
  • Experience working with Autodesk software, MS Project, or other project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
