Job Summary: As a Data Analyst at eTeam, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to drive business decisions. This role requires a combination of technical skills, analytical thinking, and business acumen to turn data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external sources.
Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits and data cleaning.
Maintain databases and data systems, including regular updates and backups.

Data Analysis:

Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide reports.
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
Develop and implement data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.

Reporting and Visualization:

Create visualizations and dashboards to present data in a clear and concise manner.
Generate periodic reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Translate complex data findings into understandable insights and recommendations for business decisions.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, operations, and IT, to understand their data needs and provide insights.
Collaborate with data scientists and other analysts to develop predictive models and other advanced analytics.

Technical Skills:

Strong SQL skills.
Experience with ETL tools and data visualization software.
Proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Soft Skills:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
Critical thinking and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
