  • Gather requirements and define solutions for payroll and benefits integrations for countries within the scope of the integration.
  • Review solutions with developers and define testing plans with business stakeholders.
  • Execute testing of integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendors, and coordinate business testing of integrations.
  • Obtain signoff on integrations with payroll vendors and benefit vendors.

Requirements:

  • Large experience with Workday Integrations & Reports.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of HR modules.
  • Ability to support testing efforts and develop test plans and test cases associated with HCM.
  • Good Visio skills and field-level knowledge of HCM module data.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with project stakeholders and business.
