We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide high-quality patient care in a rehabilitation setting. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will work closely with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer and record prescribed medications
  • Consult and coordinate with facility healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments
  • Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
Requirements:
  • Current Vermont Nursing License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
