Rehabilitation Nurse Opportunity

Wilkes-Barre General Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in the Center for Advanced Rehabilitation. As a rehabilitation nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of improving lives.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to work in our rehabilitation department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation nursing and be able to provide exceptional care to patients with a variety of needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the rehabilitation department
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Requirements
  • Current PA RN License
  • 1+ years of staff nurse experience, preferably in rehabilitation nursing
  • BLS certification required
