Senior Robotics Software Engineer, Manipulation Specialist

NVIDIA is a leader in computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing. We're now looking for a talented Robotics Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of the NVIDIA Isaac platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the next generation of NVIDIA cuMotion, empowering robot arms to move at unprecedented speeds even in cluttered environments. They will also craft robust and performant implementations of motion generation algorithms, refine and train control schemes in simulation and on physical robots, and work with a distributed team to break new ground.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a BS, MS, or PhD degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. You'll also need 5+ years of experience developing optimized implementations of numerical or geometric algorithms, preferably in an industry setting. Proficiency in modern C++ and Python is a must, as is prior research or projects related to motion planning and control, simulation, or a related area.

We offer a competitive salary range of $148,000 - $276,000, depending on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You'll also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA is committed to fostering a diverse work environment and is an equal opportunity employer.
