Vatica Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to fill the position of Nurse Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in improving care coordination, quality metrics, and medical cost savings.
Responsibilities- Create comprehensive patient medical records by researching and gathering information from multiple sources.
- Build strong relationships with providers and staff, and become an expert in our technology to train and support them.
- Use clinical judgment and data to reconcile conflicting information and follow up with providers to meet deadlines.
- Share best practices and clinical knowledge with fellow Clinical Consultants.
- Minimum of 3 years of recent adult health clinical experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), preferably in critical care.
- Proficient with Diagnosis, Billing, and Quality Measures Coding.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and medical office personnel.
- Understanding of health insurance benefit structure, especially Medicare and Medicaid.
- Must be technically savvy and have a solid clinical background.
