KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct in-home and in-business sales of residential solar, energy efficiency, and backup power solutions
- Explore additional commercial sales opportunities
- Create tailored proposals and prepare necessary documentation for presentations and closures
- Generate new leads through networking, database management, event participation, and relationship building
- Close sales and finalize contracts with homeowners and business proprietors
- Effectively plan schedules, set objectives, and work independently
- Utilize company-provided screening methods to qualify potential clients
- Achieve individual and team sales goals
- Participate in meetings, marketing events, and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends
- Document sales activities and provide market insights to team leadership

- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, including one-call closing

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual skills are a plus
- Proactive in initiating marketing efforts and self-generating leads
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record
- Willingness to work occasional weekends for marketing events
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Background in home improvement, automotive sales, or in-home sales is advantageous
