Job Title: Registered Pharmacist In Charge

HealthCare Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Pharmacist In Charge to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy services.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Fill prescriptions and monitor inventory levels to ensure proper storage and security of drugs, including controlled substances/narcotics.
  • Provide patient counseling and discuss challenges to medication adherence.
  • Complete scheduling of technicians and support sales and goals of pharmacy department.
Shift and Schedule:

As the Pharmacist Leader, you will have the autonomy to create your own schedule. You must be flexible and willing to work every other weekend. Weekdays are open from 8 a.m. - 8 p.m., and weekends are open from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
  • Current state pharmacist licensure in good standing.
  • Retail Pharmacy experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant Pharmacy Board Certification(s).
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience in business management.

Pay Details:

$125k - $145K per year PLUS a sign-on bonus.
