Endocrinologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Endocrinologist to provide high-quality medical care to patients in an office-based and inpatient setting.

• Deliver specialized medical care to patients with endocrine system-related issues.
• Conduct thorough patient examinations and obtain comprehensive medical histories.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests as needed to inform treatment decisions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Refer patients to specialists and hospital programs as necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation.
• Collaborate with practice management to maintain compliance with billing and coding regulations.
• Promote health education and wellness initiatives in the community.
• Participate in on-call coverage for the practice and hospital, with a call rotation of 1 in 3.
• Provide quality supervision to residents, medical students, nurses, and other clinical staff.

• Graduation from an accredited medical school (MD or DO).
• Completion of an accredited Endocrinology fellowship program.
• Valid and unrestricted Connecticut medical license or ability to obtain.
• Valid DEA registration and Controlled Substance Certificate.
• Board certification in endocrinology (or Board Eligible for recent graduates).
