Position Overview:

Responsibilities include identifying process challenges, developing impactful solutions, and measuring outcomes to promote ongoing enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current processes and recommend enhancements to improve quality and efficiency.
  • Utilize various tools and techniques to model business processes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Engage with business and technical leaders to identify opportunities, assess potential value, and outline risks.
  • Support Senior Architects in interpreting business challenges and suggesting best practices.
  • Document and map business goals to metrics for effective governance.
  • Evaluate existing processes through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
  • Define data elements shared across business units and their interrelations.
  • Collaborate across multiple areas to achieve common objectives in a complex environment.
  • Create and review process documentation, including flowcharts and guidelines.
  • Compile reports to track process improvement progress and results.
  • Monitor metrics to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Understand relational database structures and perform basic data analysis.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  • ITIL Certification is preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven problem-solving.
  • Able to analyze complex scenarios and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex issues to diverse audiences.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Bachelor's degree
