Manufacturing Process Optimization Engineer

As a Manufacturing Engineer with US Pipe Fabrication, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements, enhancing employee safety, and boosting product quality. Key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborating with the manufacturing team to resolve quality and efficiency issues, ensuring seamless production workflows.
- Designing and implementing new equipment and processes to improve manufacturing capabilities.
- Leading and supporting Capex projects to enhance manufacturing operations and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
- 5-7 years of broad-based engineering experience in a manufacturing environment, with expertise in Lean, CNC, and Quality Assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
