Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our team at Wireless Vision. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, meeting sales targets, and promoting our brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by acquiring new customers, upselling, and cross-selling our services.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote our brand and services, including community outreach and promotional activities.
  • Assist with store operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Collaborate with store management to achieve sales goals, improve customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in retail or a related field, with a strong customer service focus.
  • Professional, energetic, and positive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible scheduling availability.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus in certain locations.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
