Job Summary:
IntelliChoice Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities.


Responsibilities:
• Provide one-on-one care and support to individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, safety skills, communication skills, social skills, job skills, and independent living skills.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of individual progress and care provided.


Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months required.
• Proof of auto insurance required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift, bend, and move as needed to assist individuals.
