• Custom fit glasses, precisely place prescriptions in lenses, and ensure accurate measurements.
• Act as a leader in optical acumen, assist team members with complex product needs, and provide exceptional product knowledge.
• Utilize technology effectively, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently.
• Proactively address customer concerns, explore root causes, and provide solutions-driven approaches.
• Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, adhere to company policies, and promote a safe work environment.

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure.
• Optical dispensing experience.

• Previous customer service and retail experience.
