Product Quality Manager Job Description

EControls is a leading provider of innovative integrated controls solutions for internal combustion engines and electric drive systems. We design and develop world-class engine management systems for major OEMs worldwide.

As a Product Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction through rapid response and corrective action to issues. You will develop and manage customer scorecards, conduct deep dive analysis of customer issues, and facilitate all FMEA processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive improvement in EOL inspection
  • Develop and champion collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Own internal and customer PPAP
  • Facilitate all FMEA processes
  • Mentor and coach Quality Engineering team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of mixed-volume manufacturing experience
  • Prefer Six Sigma training or certification
  • Knowledge of FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and Root Cause Failure Analysis
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
