Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with a dynamic team of engineers, scientists, and project managers to service client needs.
- Assist in the development and drafting of design plans and reports for various project types.
- Conduct site design, roadway design, utility design, grading and erosion control plans, storm sewer design, and water quality BMP design.
- Perform engineering calculations, prepare detailed designs, and conduct construction administration.
- Coordinate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
- 3+ years of engineering experience in land development, site design, and stormwater management.
- Knowledge of Virginia Stormwater Management Regulations and hydrology and hydraulics experience.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD or similar software.
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License.
- Experience with HEC-RAS or similar flood modeling software.
- Extensive use of AutoCAD Civil 3D design tools.
