We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Elm Crest Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide resident assessments, planning, interventions/evaluations, and assist in the development of care plans with the residents, their families, and staff.
  • Deliver high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical, mental, and social well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in resident education and support, promoting independence and autonomy.
Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Current Iowa or compact state RN license.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $32.00, with opportunities for advancement based on experience.
  • Shift differential up to $4.00/hr and Holiday Pay.
