Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aveanna, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a home environment. You will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided in a timely manner
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
  • Current, unrestricted state license as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification
  • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Home health experience
  • Tracheostomy
  • Ventilator
