Requirements
  • BS/BA degree in Accounting or equivalent degree
  • CPA or CA certification
  • 5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit and assurance
  • Proven track record of leading teams and mentoring junior team members
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP, GAAS, and FASB regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience auditing life sciences companies and related organizations
  • Successful record of directing and deploying staff and senior associates on multiple, simultaneous engagements
  • Understanding of SEC and PCAOB regulations
