Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the Food and Beverage Team to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure efficient operation
  • Train and develop hourly associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Counsel and support hourly associates to ensure satisfaction and productivity
  • Listen to suggestions for improving work processes and guest experiences, and implement changes as needed
  • Work with management to ensure hourly associates have the necessary resources to perform their jobs effectively
  • Address guest concerns and requests, and provide constructive feedback to hourly associates to help them improve
  • Act as a bridge between management and hourly associates to facilitate department operation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years supervisory experience in a Food and Beverage establishment
  • Valid alcohol awareness certification or ability to obtain
  • Valid Certified Food Handlers Card or ability to obtain
  • Prior experience as a food server and bartender in a fine dining restaurant preferred
