About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Banker to join our team at Washington Trust Bank. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Use trust and respect to deepen customer relationships and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain personal accountability for achieving team and branch goals.
  • Collaborate with managers and team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Participate in community events to build relationships and promote the bank's brand.
