Responsibilities:
  1. Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
  2. Prepare patients for CT procedures, including explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
  3. Administer contrast media and other medications as required for CT procedures.
  4. Monitor patients during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions or complications.
  5. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient procedures, including images, reports, and other relevant information.
  7. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  8. Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, and participate in ongoing education and training to maintain certification and expertise.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably with CT certification.
  • Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program.
  • ARRT certification in CT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and safety.
