Role Summary

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in finding their desired products and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales
  • Manage costs and minimize waste
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the till
  • Monitor and replenish stock levels
  • Ensure store security in line with company policies
