In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the service drive's efficiency by providing support to service advisors and management. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all vehicles are meticulously cleaned and detailed for customer delivery, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of both the service area and the lot.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival.
  • Equip each vehicle with protective coverings for seats and floors.
  • Thoroughly clean the interiors and exteriors of customer vehicles.
  • Transport vehicles around the premises as required.
  • Handle various errands as needed.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.
  • Ensure the service drive operates smoothly and efficiently.
  • Relocate vehicles from the service drive to the parking area and prepare cars for customer pickup post-service.
  • Maintain the internal and external cleanliness of the dealership and surrounding lot.
  • Assist with miscellaneous errands for the dealership.
  • Engage in various other duties throughout the dealership as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • A collaborative team player focused on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Employment Type: Full Time, including Mon, Tues, Weds, Fri, Sat.

Compensation: Based on experience, starting at $16 per hour.
