Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage and respond to customer billing correspondence, complaints, and inquiries efficiently and accurately. You will also ensure complete resolution of all customer inquiries and coordinate end-to-end service with other business partners. Your strong attention to detail and communication skills will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and respond to customer billing correspondence, complaints, and inquiries
• Ensure complete resolution of all customer inquiries
• Coordinate end-to-end service with other business partners
• Effectively navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries
• Know and comply with corporate policies, regulatory standards, internal business processes, and procedures while processing work
Requirements:
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of customer service/financial services experience, preferably in a processing or billing environment
• Strong knowledge of Excel for data entry and reporting
• Insurance experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US
