Capital Projects Construction Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee the successful delivery of our capital projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in planning, organizing, and controlling resources to achieve project goals.

The Construction Project Lead will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are essential for this role.

About The Job:

  • Lead the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely completion.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance and control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Degree in engineering, building science, or relevant field.
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.

Benefits:
