As a key member of the Revenue Cycle Advisory Services Optimization team, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business challenges and proposing automated solutions. Team members are driven by a passion for identifying efficiency opportunities to deliver impactful solutions that address our customers' needs. You maintain a positive, agile mindset and focus on scalable processes while providing consistent and measurable feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Exhibits judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design complex business solutions utilizing Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs.
- As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost-effective and meet user requirements.
- Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration, and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications.
- Designs detailed aspects of automated systems.
- Leads the domain-specific solution design components of engagements, ensuring high-quality and integrated business solutions.
- May lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems challenges.
- May provide consultation to users regarding automated systems.
- Builds and maintains a network and up-to-date industry or product knowledge.
- Influences customer leadership in the acceptance of Oracle Health solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting agreements.
- Contributes significantly both individually and as a team member, providing guidance and mentoring to others.
- Work is non-routine and highly complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in the area of specialization.
Operates independently to deliver quality work products for engagements. Engages in varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle Health products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, corporate procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May serve as the team lead on projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
