Fire Suppression Technician Job Description

Impact Fire is seeking an experienced Fire & Kitchen Suppression Licensed Technician to join our team in Willimantic, CT. As a Fire Suppression Technician, you will be responsible for providing inspection, testing, and servicing of fire suppression systems, including kitchen hoods, in a professional and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and test fire suppression systems to ensure they are functioning properly
  • Servicing and maintaining fire suppression systems, including kitchen hoods
  • Selling related services to existing and prospective customers
  • Providing fire extinguisher inspection services
Requirements:
  • Experience in fire suppression
  • Ability to learn and comprehend general electrical safety procedures
  • Electrical background or basic level of comfort and knowledge of electrical work
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Satisfactory results in a company-mandated criminal background check and drug test
